This antique miniature portrait pendant features King Louis XVIII (1755-1825), known as the “Desired”. He reigned as King of France from 1814-1824 and was known to have a famous sister-in-law: Marie Antoinette. This hand-painted portrait pendant is an incredible historical artifact documenting a past from hundreds of years ago that is a strike contrast from today’s era, and can now be worn in the modern world we know of now as the present.
