If Princess Diana had married in the Victorian-era, her wedding ring would have looked much more like this.

Introducing the most stunning French sapphire ring featuring a halo of rose-cut diamonds. On the solid and sturdy 18k rose gold band there is a French inscription reading “11 Aout 1887” (August 11th, 1887), presumably the original wearer’s wedding date. This extremely sparkly and beautiful ring echoes Princess Diana’s original engagement ring, only this one is vastly older and much more haunting.

Amazingly, construction of the Eiffel Tower had only just begun by the time this ring was roaming around France.

Materials: 18k rose gold, sapphire, rose-cut diamonds.

Size: 7 US

Total weight: Approx. 5.54g.

Hallmarks: Owl hallmark indicating it had been imported from a foreign territory into France.
