This adorable dangle ring roots in Spanish origins. The name “Cadetucho” is inscribed along with the date 24-12-57, implying it was a Nochebuena gift as it was dated on Christmas Eve. As Catholicism was the most popular religion in Spain during that time (and still is), the dangly cross is a lovely sentient towards that faith. Nochebuena is a popular celebration on Christmas Eve, arguably more celebratory than Christmas Day in many Spanish-speaking countries, which makes this ring ever more of a special item that was once gifted many years ago.
