This French gold pendant depicts the Virgin Mary in a buttery 18k gold with the engraving “Annick Catelin 10 Octobre 1943” in verso. This was likely gifted to a young girl for her communion in the 1940s. The name “Paul Brandt” is signed on the front of the pendant—he was a jeweler, sculptor, engraver, and had many other talents.
